How To Add Client Portal to Mobile Device

Android Instructions

Step 1: Open your browser

Launch the Chrome browser on your Android device


Step 2: Visit the Client Portal

Navigate to our Client Portal by entering the URL in the address bar. (help.getsimplesupport.com)


Step 3: Access the Menu

Tap on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner

 

Step 4: Select "Add to Homescreen"

In the menu, choose the "Add to Homescreen" option.


Step 5: Customize the Name

Edit the name if needed or keep the default one.


Step 6: Tap "Add"

Confirm by tapping the "Add" button.


Step 7: Check Your Homescreen

Go to your Android homescreen to find the new shortcut.

 

 

iPhone Instructions

Step 1: Open your browser

Step 2: Visit the Client Portal

Step 7: Check Your Homescreen
